The heart and soul of Icebox Music recording artists Fridge Magnets is the guitar duo of singer/songwriters Mark Freedman and Rick (Ricko) Levine.
From their first outing in 1998 on a sun soaked afternoon in Earl Bales Park in North York, they were surrounded by instant fans that were drawn to their two part harmonies, curious as to where to buy a CD of their music. Seven years and three CDs later, this duo has built a substantial following giving 110% at each live performance, engaging their audience and never resting on their successes.

The Fridge Magnets have been playing at my Timothy's World Coffee franchise in Toronto for over 4 years. My location is a middle to upper income residential store. The residents love that they can walk down the street to hear great live music every Thurs. The Fridge Magnets are certainly one of the favourites in the neighborhood! Besides being very talented and enjoyable to listen to they are enthusiastic, have never missed a 'gig', and are always prompt. They are very professional and organized and also very respectful and kind to my staff and our guests.
